My Offerings
You have two powerful options to choose from…
30 DAY QUICK START INTENSIVE
This is for perfect for you if…
You’re looking for an individualized functional approach for your path to wellness, and unwavering support from a health coach. You’ve had enough of feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or frustrated with your health issues and want one-on-one support to find a solution.
This Intensive is for you if you are completely baffled about what to do with your health and diet, but are not ready to make a longer-term commitment. This intensive is used to identify where you need to focus and map out your next steps toward wellness.
The Intensive has two parts – two 60-min sessions.
The intensive begins with a very detailed questionnaire that you’ll complete prior to our initial session. In our first session we’ll go over your answers to the questionnaire and layout your top health goals and ideal destination.
In the second session, we’ll focus in on the important first steps to achieving your goals, including an assessment of your personal nutrition needs, as well as identifying and prioritizing which areas of your life need attention or adjustment.
By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear plan that’s customized to you!
You’ll also have the option to schedule regular and ongoing sessions. These regularly scheduled and ongoing sessions are easily conducted over the phone or via Skype. If you live in the Atlanta area we can meet in-person if you prefer.
90 DAY MASTERY
The 90 Day Mastery is the most direct path to a healthy, revitalized you!

You’re experiencing a myriad of confusing symptoms (or a troubling diagnosis) and would like to connect the dots and experience long-lasting improvements in your health.
If you’re looking for a way to get to the root cause of the symptoms you’re experiencing and are ready to invest in yourself, then the 90 Day Mastery is your best option. Through my background as a personal chef and training in both Integrative as well as Functional Nutrition I am uniquely qualified to help.
This one-on-one coaching program is designed to delve deep and explore what is preventing you from feeling your best. It includes all of the initial steps of the 30 Day Intensive and then goes further.
We’ll address all your health concerns – digestive issues, energy level, mood, aches and pains, etc. We’ll explore specific diet and lifestyle shifts that are tailored to allow your body to function optimally – so you can feel your best physically and emotionally.
How it works:
As my signature one-on-one offering, this program is very personal. I want you to come away with a clear understanding of what is contributing to your health concerns. We’ll speak twice a month for 90 days. This allows for continuity and accountability. We’ll discover as we go along. All sessions are easily conducted over the phone or via Skype. If you live in the Atlanta area we can meet in-person if you prefer.
What’s included:
- Six 60-minute one-on-one sessions. In the 1st session we’ll go over your answers to my very detailed questionnaire (that you’ll fill out prior to our session). This will help us to dig deeper into the root causes of your health concerns.
- A customized approach based on the discoveries from our initial session, as well as insights we gather as we work together.
- Support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes best suited for you. This can include review of recent blood work or labs you may have and any additional labs that would be helpful.
- Easy to understand handouts, worksheets, and materials that will enhance your body knowledge and keep you motivated and informed.
- Meal suggestions and recipes that are healthy, delicious and simple to prepare. I also go over shopping for food and tips and tricks for its preparation.
- A safe, confidential space where you have my personal commitment to your health and success.
- Unlimited e-mail support between sessions.
